"Our first tour of the 2018 season takes us across the Irish Sea for a long weekend to County Donegal in the northwest of Ireland."
This is a 4 day / 3 night holiday staying in one hotel in the heart of the County providing ease of access to all corners of this wonderfully wild and rugged landscape. All your evening meals and hearty Irish breakfasts are included in this tour and our hotel has a swimming pool and gym which you can enjoy during your stay.
Following dis-embarkation in Dublin mid-day on the Thursday we ride north taking a cross country route through, amongst others, the counties of Meath and Tyrone.
During our stay we have two ride-outs planned for the Friday and Saturday making the most of the roads which curve through the National Park of Glenveagh and along part of the Wild Atlantic coastline. The most northerly point of the country, Malin Head, is just over an hour from our hotel and we will be including a visit to the Slieve League sea cliffs which rank amongst the tallest in Western Europe as they drop 600 metres into Donegal Bay.
The tour concludes on the Sunday with a ride back to Dublin Port for a mid-afternoon sailing to Holyhead.
