"Our Spanish Spa tour is new for 2018 combining thrilling and invigorating riding roads with the opportunity to relax and unwind as we stay in four 4* Spa hotels over 10 nights in Spain ..."

Your tour starts with an overnight sailing into Santander with a ride through the Montana Oriental region to our first hotel in Solares. We are in this location for 2 nights with a ride-out planned through the Collados del Ason Nature park and along the southern shores of the Emblase del Ebro.

Our next destination is in the small town of Olmedo where our spa hotel has been built on the site of a 12th century convent. We are in this location for the following 3 nights so ample time to enjoy the relaxing thermal baths and perhaps treat yourself to a massage in their wellness centre. We have two ride-outs planned, one through the Sierra de Gredos a mountain range containing five river valleys and connected by excellent motorcycling roads. Our other route takes us towards Segovia and into the regional park of Cuenca Alta Manzanares.

The tour continues with a ride to the east of Madrid to our third spa hotel which was once a 16th century university and has retained much of the original architecture. The old town square in El Burgo has many bars and cafes where you can soak up the Spanish culture each evening before dinner.

We have two full days for ride-outs taking you on wide open roads, smooth tarmac with hardly a car to be seen! We visit a beautiful ancient village home to the only three-gated roman arch in Spain, have lunch overlooking the Tranquera reservoir in the province of Aragon and a route through forests, onto high elevated plateaus and descents via amazing series of hairpins and curves into the valleys.

For our final destination we ride to Pamplona taking in the canyons of the Rio Lobos, into the Sierra de Cebollera and follow stunning gorges as they cut their way through the Urbasa and Andia mountains. We have 2 nights at our modern 4* spa hotel with wellness centre and pool and a ride-out planned for our penultimate day of the tour through the southern foothills of the Pyrenees and along the shores of the Yesa Reservoir.

Our final day is a ride to the port of Bilbao where we are due to take an overnight crossing to Portsmouth where we are due to arrive mid-afternoon.
